Is there a deposit required?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your session date and time.

The remaining session balance is due 48 hours prior to your session date.

How do I pay?

Payments are accepted via Cashapp, Venmo, and PayPal.

Are there any additional fees outside of the package price?

The ONLY additional fee that could arise is a travel fee if session takes place outside of Horry County, SC.

The travel fee is $0.70/mile.

Do you offer prints we can buy?

With each package option, you have free reign to print any photos you like at online printing sites or retail sites such as Walgreens and more.

I do have pre-priced print bundles available should you want me to handle printing your images for you. If you are interested in this, just let me know and we can further communicate regarding it.

How long will it take to get my photos back?

Completed Online/Digital Gallery turnaround time is 14-21 business days.

However, you will have access to your online/digital gallery as soon as I edit and upload the first few images.

An online/digital gallery is your own private link, where you can view and download images to your computer or phone and share them on social media, share them with family and friends, or print them.

I don't know how to dress my family etc. Can you help?

I would LOVE to provide you advice on color scheme and coordinating outfits that will photograph well according to your session type and location. This is a service with NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!

We have someone with special needs. Should I be nervous or worried about our session?

You should absolutely not be nervous or worried!

You are by no means required to tell me this information; however it is helpful when I am planning your session and I am preparing.

I will be open and available to do whatever is needed so that each individual in your session feels confident and comfortable.

What about bad weather on our planned session day?

Most of my sessions are done at an outdoor location, but unfortunately, I can't control the weather!

If it's supposed to rain, I will work with my clients to either shoot a little earlier in the day, or figure out a rain date, if it's needed.

Constant communication will be happening to get your photos during the best time.

How do I book you?

That's easy! It starts with an email (See the CONTACT tab above!) since emails can be sent at any hour (I tend to be awake at weird times and also work a full time job so emails are easier to respond to. Then, my clients and potential clients can respond when it's convenient for them.

We communicate about general questions, dates, locations, pricing and more, then when everything is sorted out, I will send an online contract and retainer request. You will be penciled in for up to one week, then after the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, you're considered booked!
